If you asked Notis to book something, send or forward an email, or run a longer job during those days and never got a confirmation, that task most likely did not happen. I am sorry. Notis staying silent is worse than Notis failing, and you should not have had to chase it. What went wrong: a memory leak in our servers caused them to crash and restart repeatedly. Every crash killed the background agents that were working on your tasks, and the piece of Notis that should have told you "this failed, please resend" was not built to catch that kind of crash. So the tasks just disappeared. What we did: 1 - Fixed the leak. Servers have been stable since Thursday morning. 2 - Added a safety net so that any background task that dies for any reason now 3 - gets reported back to you within minutes, with a clear message. 4 - Added monitoring so I see this within minutes instead of days. 5 - Added $20 of usage credit to your account. It is already there, nothing to do on your side. What I would ask of you: if you sent Notis a task between September 1 and 3 and did not hear back, please send it again. Nothing was done twice, so there is no risk of duplicates.
